  2. Lack of motivation or accountability: Without a strong sense of motivation or accountability, it can be easy to give up on a resolution.
  3. No clear plan or strategy: Without a clear plan or strategy for achieving a resolution, it can be difficult to stay focused and on track.
  4. Past failures or negative experiences: Past failures or negative experiences can make it difficult to believe in the ability to succeed in making a change.
  5. No support or resources: Changing longstanding habits or behaviors can be difficult to do without adequate support or resources.
  6. Not being Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound (SMART)
  7. Not addressing underlying issues or problems that are causing the behavior you want to change.
  8. Taking on too many resolutions at once, leading to feeling overwhelmed and not being able to give your best effort to any one resolution.
