When life hands you lemons, you make…
How does that saying go again?
The last 18 months have been up and down.
One thing I’ve noticed is that I dwell on the negative more than the positive.
To a point where it’s unhealthy.
I overthink.
I overanalyze.
The whole nine yards.
And I got tired of it because I can’t change any of the stuff that’s already happened.
I can only make myself better by learning from my mistakes and when I realized that, I became instantly relieved.
Of course, I still make mistakes (tons of them) but I don’t dwell as much as I did before.
