There’s too much shit going on.

We consume too much stuff everyday and it is ruining our brain and attention span. I can’t sit around without reaching for my iPhone to check social media.

I hate it.

I really hate myself for not having self-control.

I hate myself even more for hating myself for it.

All this could have prevented if I would not check my phone and stayed in the moment.

I could talk to someone.

I could read a book.

I could work on my next book.

There are so many things that could make me happy if I would stop checking my damn phone every few minutes.

We would all be happier and I’m pretty sure the world would be in a better place (maybe).
