Stress Eating

I eat too much junk food and fast food. I can’t help it especially in this pandemic when it’s so easy to order something from Door Dash or Postmates and have it delivered straight to my door.

Couple that with not regular exercising and you get noticeable weight game. I was gaining weight before that so this isn’t helping.

One of the things I miss the most is going to the gym.

It gave me a place to go when I was bored or when I wanted a break from work.

It gave me a chance to get out of the house and move my body.

Now, I try to exercise when I remember to and most of the time, it’s on the elliptical in my living room.

It’s better than nothing but I know it’s not enough.

But lately, especially in the last month or so, I’ve been feeling shitty after a meal and sometimes, long after I finish eating.

It’s sad, disappointing and depressing.
