Re-building my Self-Confidence

Self-confidence was at an all-time low just over a year ago. It felt like I couldn’t express myself and I didn’t know what to do in my work life and personal life. It felt like I was being smothered and couldn’t find an escape.

One of the biggest problems was I couldn’t find the confidence to speak up. It was a bad time and I’m glad to say that I am slowly working on that part of my life.

It definitely still needs work but I know which areas need improvement and how to express myself and my ideas.

There are times where I look back at where I was 12 months ago and wished I could’ve spoken up more. Maybe it wouldn’t have made a difference but I would’ve had the satisfaction in knowing that I made my voice heard.
