My book officially came out earlier this week and I still can’t believe it. About a year and a half ago, I started to toy with the idea of putting something out but I hesitated at first because I couldn’t bear with the idea of no one wanting to read it. But then remembered all those “wisdom” and “sayings” I’ve read over the years like “ideas are nothing without the execution.” I just told myself to do it because I’d been wanting to publish a book for a few years but was too scared to do it.
We all have ideas. They come to us throughout our day and night but most of the time, we don’t do anything about it.
It could be an idea for:
- a documentary
- a new restaurant venture
- a getaway vacation/adventure
- startup company
- a new app for the iPhone
When we’re thinking about it, we think it is feasible but it will most likely end right there.
Why is that? If we truly believe in our idea and think it would make us money and bring us happiness, why don’t we bring our ideas to fruition? Because it involves work and we make excuses about how we don’t time or money to do it.
If you have an idea for something, you should find a way to make it a reality. It will be a learning experience.
I just wanted to say thanks again to those who ordered a book and/or helped spread the word. It really means a lot to me.
Also, if you have a quick moment, please write a review on my Amazon page (20-word minimum).
