We’re afraid to look stupid especially in front of other people. That’s natural, of course, because we don’t want to be vulnerable. We don’t want to show any weaknesses because that leads to low esteem. It’s an endless rabbit hole that starts only because we are afraid of what others may think of us.
It’s easier said than done but if we decided to all live our lives without judgment, we would be much happier. Humility can also keep us grounded. It reminds us that we’re all human and were prone to making mistakes.
